This five-day Entertainment Celebration LV Event Budget is: ($15,000,000)

  • The Sphere represents an extraordinary venue that aligns with Global Groove’s high standard of immersive entertainment. Its unique capabilities, including a fully enveloping LED display, spatial audio, and extensive seating capacity, make it the perfect choice to host this groundbreaking event.

​

  • The $15M investment will cover the venue rental and associated operational costs, ensuring a flawless execution in this world-class venue location;

​

  • Including, but not limited to, Operational Expenses, Marketing, Security, Talent, Insurance, Riders, and Bonding. 
    For example, this allocation will cover the following:

    • Talent & Legal Fees: Compensation for Pitbull as the host, along with any supporting acts.

    • Insurance: Comprehensive insurance coverage for the event, including general liability, audience safety, and property damage.

    • Rider: Artist accommodations, technical and logistical requirements, and specialized equipment necessary for optimal performance quality.

All contracts, payments, and sponsorship transactions will be negotiated and executed based on mutual agreement between the involved parties and under the guidance of legal counsel. Our counsel is responsible for drafting all contracts, facilitating payments from the Trust, and receiving payments into the Trust as stipulated by the agreements.
